Hello, and welcome to my blogspot

Hello, and welcome to my blogspot.....below is a summary of my career written by others

Originally heading for a life as a Vicar Neil finally decided to not take vows and became a force in the hairdressing industry in London & Nottingham doing Fashion shows, Top Stylist Competitions etc... to supplement his income Neil worked in the club industry luckily in the times of Tony De Vit, Alistair Whitehead and many more, this fuelled a love of great music which had been started years earlier working for some mammoth roadshows, and later on at Kiss and Ritzy nightclubs, Then in 1999 due a road accident which meant Styling professionally was no longer possible he decided to follow his other main passion MUSIC, starting with small Karaoke’s etc then studio work as a engineer finally talent spotted by Ritzy in 2001 and trained by some fantastic Dj’s including DJ Stumpy/ Al Taylor/ Midge Blitz and other legends, Neil progressed at an alarming rate with top compere skills teamed with an extensive music knowledge and mixing ability, Neil has moved a long way from the novice Vicar and is now considered amongst equals with the guys that taught him and in some cases a little bit edgier, Heavily influenced by the sounds of Ibiza, Classic dance and Retro Grooves. Neil fell in love with the driving music that fires the imagination called B’stard Pop a mix of new and old music spanning all genres and lead to home production then live production of tunes you know with a twist. The likes of Mc Sleazy, JPS and Rakim B delivering us beats that would stir up dance floors till this day. In fact if you are interested in this style of music catch Neil’s mixes online on various forums and some have even been played on the Chris Moyles show back in the day. Neil captures a blend of all his influences with in his style. This results in an upfront, cool, and lively feel, full of technical loops, blends and acapellas keeping the dancefloor buzzing..Neil has been privileged to worked alongside DJ’s such as Flip & Fill (clubland), Judge Jules (Radio 1), Alan Stevens (Love to be), Al Taylor (Pacha), and others
